New IT centre
Our first case involves a major bank that built a new IT infrastructure for over 3,000 employees. There were various challenges during this process. One challenge was to ensure a seamless transition of operations under extreme time pressure. Additionally, security had to be ensured in a dynamic threat landscape and compliance with the complex regulatory environment of the financial industry had to be maintained. During the project, the bank found that the IT department’s capacity was already so stretched with the internal setup of the IT landscape, that they subsequently turned to three Managed Services from 鶹Ƶ: Digital Identity, Cyber Defense, and Cyber Risk.
