As a Director at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, he heads the Open Source Software Services & Digital Sovereignty division. Together with his team, he is responsible for consulting, audit and certification projects and supports clients in the secure, compliant use and sustainable operation of Open Source technologies. Regulatory requirements - for example from DORA, CRA or the European digital strategy - also play a central role.
In addition, Marcel leads a specialised team with in-depth expertise in the implementation of complex (IT) procurement procedures - including RFI and RFP processes - and supports projects throughout the entire tendering, selection and implementation process.
